Docent
Docents greet and conduct tours for visitors to Dodona Manor. Docents should possess excellent public speaking skills and be willing to learn an extensive amount about Marshall, his house, and its furnishings. Resources and training are provided. Interested people should first take a tour of Dodona Manor, open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and by appointment during the week, to understand the role of docents. Requirement: Aged 16 or older, Is Not Wheelchair Accessible

Event Volunteer
The George C. Marshall International Center runs various events at Dodona Manor, including foreign policy sessions and indoor/outdoor tours. Event volunteers help with setting up event spaces, decorations, and ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are in place. They may also assist with logistics such as parking coordination and crowd management.

Garden Volunteer
Garden volunteers at Dodona Manor play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of the gardens. They assist in various tasks such as planting, weeding, watering, pruning, and general garden maintenance. Garden volunteers also help with seasonal tasks like mulching, composting, and preparing the gardens for events and visitors. Their efforts contribute to the overall preservation of Dodona Manor's historic gardens.

Educational Program Volunteer
A volunteer with our educational programs has several opportunities to support our Ethical Leadership Program. Opportunities include joining panel discussions on ethical leadership, facilitating breakout sessions and more.
