Marshall and FDR in 1945

Join us as filmmaker David Taylor examines the relationship between General George C. Marshall and President Franklin Delano Roosevelt during the last year of the war, as the president's health was failing. David will show extracts from his film series, “FDR - A presidency revealed,” which was produced for the History Channel, and “D-Day to Berlin,” a BBC documentary he co-produced that includes previously unseen color footage of the allied landings. Marshall historian Rachel Thompson will be joining David to reflect on Marshall’s relationship with his Commander in Chief.
