PRESERVING MARSHALL'S LEGACY
To ensure that future generations gain a better understanding of the life and remarkable legacy of George C. Marshall, The George C. Marshall International Center offers the following programs:
SEMINARS – GCMIC presents seminars and speakers series both in the U.S. and abroad to facilitate discussion about Marshall’s legacy and leadership as they relate to current domestic and foreign policy issues.
STUDENT WORKSHOPS & FIELD TRIPS -- Student workshops focus on crucial decisions made by Marshall during World War II and in the post-war era. Students work with primary documents, formulate solutions to problems outlined in the documents, and compare their approaches to those of Marshall.
DOCENT PROGRAM -- GCMIC's Docent Program provides a wonderful opportunity for historians and preservation enthusiasts to learn more about Marshall's extraordinary accomplishments, while preparing to lead tours through The Marshall House and support GCMIC in its community outreach programs.
For more information on these programs, contact The George C. Marshall International Center at firstname.lastname@example.org or 703-777-1301.
